About the Platform

tbje is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

All services on tbje are provided for entertainment purposes only. Users must use this platform at their own responsibility and discretion.

Changes to the Terms

Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in:

• Permanent closure of all accounts.
• Forfeiture of earned bonuses and winnings.

Accuracy of Information

Payment Methods

The tbje platform currently accepts the following mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently supported.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase in cases involving verification, technical issues, or unusual transactions. tbje endeavours to complete transactions as quickly as possible.

Transaction Verification

tbje reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. In cases of suspicious transactions, identity documents, proof of payment, or other supporting documents may be requested. The relevant transaction may remain on hold until verification is complete.

Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into your account must be your own and must come from a legitimate source. Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds is strictly prohibited. If the source of funds is in doubt, tbje may suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the tbje platform.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — the bonus may be cancelled.
• tbje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus programme at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.

VIP Programme

tbje has three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% cashback per week. The Silver tier provides up to 0.8% cashback per week. The Gold tier offers a maximum of 1.2% cashback per week. It is possible to advance from one tier to the next through regular and active play. Full terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

Fraud & Cheating

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbje platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorised software.
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications or interference with the game system.
• Collusion or coordinated cheating against other players.
• Abuse of the bonus system or artificially obtaining bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Technical Manipulation

Service Availability

Technical Errors

In the event of a software or hardware error during a game, the affected game round may be considered void. In such cases, the relevant wager amount will be refunded. tbje's liability for losses caused by technical errors is limited.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between tbje and the user. If any prior oral or written promise or representation conflicts with this agreement, this agreement shall prevail.
